From I-81, Exit 188A
108 Deer Drive – Lexington, Virginia – 540.463.6200

1. Take I-81, Exit 188A onto US60 West.

2. Follow US60 westbound into Lexington (about three miles).

3. After passing the Stonewall Jackson Square shopping area on your left coming into town, you will see the US11 overpass ahead. Just after going under it, turn left, and head south on US11.

4. Go approximately 1 mile to the first (and only) traffic light. US11 turns to the left. Don't turn!

5. Go straight. You're now on Rt. 251 (Collierstown Road).

6. Continue for 2.8 miles, where Rt. 251 takes a 90 degree turn to the left. Don't turn.

7. Go straight on Rt. 674 (Union Run) for 1.4 miles. The first half-mile or so winds a lot.

8. Bear right at Rt. 687 (Ross Road Ext.) for .25 mile almost to top of hill.

9. "Dogwood Estates" sign will be on your right. Street sign says "Deer Drive."

10. Turn right into Dogwood Estates. This is a "reverse" turn of about 135 degrees.

11. Please drive slowly for about .25 mile. "Beckmill 108" is sign at the entrance of the second driveway on right. Turn right.

12. Office is at foot of steep hill. It's visible through the trees from the entrance to the driveway.

13. Please park in small parking lot on lower left. Office entrance is there.

14. Enjoy the view of the Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge!!

From I-81/64, Exit 191 (South or Westbound) and I-64 (Eastbound)

1. Take Exit 55 from I-64.

2. At the end of the off-ramp, turn south on US11.

3. After 1/2 mile, you'll cross the Maury River Bridge; note odometer reading at the middle of the bridge. Get into the left lane, forking left at the end of the bridge onto the US11 Bypass. Go 2.1 miles.

4. At the 2.1 mile mark, there is a traffic light. US11 turns to the left. Don't turn!

5. Go straight. You're now on Rte. 251 (Collierstown Road).

6. Follow directions above, beginning with #6.

From I-81, Exit 180

1. Take Exit 180 from I-81.

2. At end of off-ramp, note odometer reading, and turn left (northbound) onto US11.

3. At Buffalo Creek bridge (approximately 4.5 miles from end of off-ramp), note odometer reading again.

4. Continue 1.3 miles past bridge. Turn left onto Rt. 764 (Possum Hollow). (It sneaks up on you—watch for picnic table on right just before US11 bends to left.)

5. Go 2.1 miles to stop sign, turn left onto Rt. 251.

6. Go 1.0 miles. When Rt. 251 makes a 90 degree turn to the left, don't turn. Instead go straight on Rt. 674 (Union Run Road) for 1.4 miles.

7. Continue as above, beginning at #7.
